Wheat Dudes are fried & salted wheat berries are a nutritious snack food with that nutty whole wheat taste. Grown here at the farm, fried in organic coconut oil & salted with Celtic sea salt, it took a number of years to develop the exact process and locate the best oil and salt.

Lenny Dudes are fried & salted lentils. We use the same process as the Wheat Dudes. There are no other snack like ours.
